OPN2IT is operated by KASIVELA (“OPN2IT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). OPN2IT is an adults-only social discovery service designed to help members discover and connect with other adults who choose to participate.
We recognize that information members may provide to OPN2IT can be unusually personal and sensitive. Our privacy approach is based on collecting only information reasonably necessary to operate OPN2IT, limiting how that information is used, and not building an advertising business around our members’ personal lives.
1. Information We Collect
When you use OPN2IT, we may collect information you provide directly, including your display name, profile type, age or ages, profile description or vibe, a fresh Live Snapshot when you choose to Go Live, who you are open to meeting, Tonight preferences and interests, Waves, matches, messages, blocks, reports, membership status, support communications, and information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. OPN2IT does not require a permanent profile photograph.
When real authentication is enabled, we may receive information from Sign in with Apple, such as an Apple-provided account identifier and, if you choose to provide it, your name or email address.
If you purchase an OPN2IT subscription through Apple, Apple processes your payment information. OPN2IT does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.
2. Sensitive Information
Some information voluntarily provided through OPN2IT may reveal or suggest information concerning a member’s relationships, preferences, sex life, sexual orientation, location, or other intimate personal matters.
OPN2IT treats this information as sensitive. We use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, moderate, support, and improve the OPN2IT service and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not use this sensitive information to create third-party advertising profiles.
3. Location Information
OPN2IT is designed so that location becomes relevant primarily when you intentionally choose to Go Live.
When location services are enabled, OPN2IT may process device location information necessary to provide nearby or venue-based discovery.
Your precise GPS coordinates are not displayed to other members. Other members may instead see a venue, approximate location, relative proximity, or another privacy-protective representation of your location.
OPN2IT intends to minimize collection and retention of precise location information.
OPN2IT is not an emergency-location or safety-monitoring service.
4. Live Snapshots
A Live Snapshot is a fresh image captured when a member chooses to Go Live. It is used only as part of that active Live presence and is made available to eligible members only through OPN2IT’s authorized application experience.
You may replace your Live Snapshot while Live. OPN2IT deletes the previous Snapshot when it is replaced. OPN2IT deletes the current Live Snapshot from OPN2IT when the Live session ends; it does not become a permanent profile photograph, gallery, or Snapshot history.
Live Snapshots must comply with OPN2IT’s Community Guidelines. Nudity, exposed genitals, sexual activity, and pornographic imagery are prohibited.
OPN2IT may use automated systems and human review to identify images that violate these rules.
Although OPN2IT deletes a Live Snapshot from OPN2IT as described above, OPN2IT cannot prevent another person from using device-level screenshot or capture capabilities to copy what appears on that person’s device.
5. Messages and Member Interactions
Private messages are intended to be accessible only to participants in the applicable conversation, subject to limited access by OPN2IT when reasonably necessary for safety investigations, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical support, fraud prevention, or service security.
Reports and blocks are treated as private moderation information. OPN2IT does not provide members with a general ability to browse reports submitted by other users.
6. How We Use Information
We may use information to create and operate your OPN2IT account and profile; provide Live discovery; determine mutual compatibility and relevant discovery results; display your profile to eligible members; enable Waves, matches, and messaging; administer memberships; operate photo moderation and content-safety systems; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; investigate reports and enforce our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines; provide customer support; maintain and improve OPN2IT; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
7. What We Do Not Do
OPN2IT’s business model is based on membership, not the sale of member information.
OPN2IT does not sell members’ personal information.
OPN2IT does not share members’ personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
OPN2IT does not use members’ lifestyle preferences, private messages, or precise location to build third-party advertising profiles.
OPN2IT does not intentionally disclose one member’s precise GPS coordinates to another member.
8. Service Providers
OPN2IT uses service providers to operate the service. Current or anticipated providers include Apple, for authentication, app distribution, and subscription processing, and Supabase, for backend infrastructure, database services, authentication infrastructure, and private file storage.
OPN2IT may later use specialized providers for services such as content moderation, security, analytics, or customer support. This Privacy Policy and our App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as necessary to accurately reflect those providers and their use of information.
9. Data Retention
OPN2IT retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating accounts, providing the service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and satisfying legal obligations. A current Live Snapshot is deleted from OPN2IT when its Live session ends and is not retained as permanent profile content or Snapshot history.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods. OPN2IT intends to minimize retention of precise location information.
10. Account Deletion
Members will be able to initiate deletion of their OPN2IT account from within the app.
Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated personal information, including profile information and any current Live Snapshot, except information OPN2IT is legally required or reasonably permitted to retain for matters such as fraud prevention, payment disputes, abuse investigations, legal claims, regulatory compliance, or protection of the service and other members.
If information must be retained after account deletion, access will be restricted and it will not remain available as an active OPN2IT profile.
11. Security
OPN2IT uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect member information.
No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, and members should use appropriate care when sharing personal information online or meeting people in person.
12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, withdraw certain permissions, or limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
OPN2IT will provide methods to exercise applicable privacy rights.
You may also manage operating-system permissions, such as location access, through your device settings.
13. Adults Only
OPN2IT is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old.
OPN2IT does not knowingly permit minors to create accounts.
If we learn that a minor has created an account or provided personal information, we may remove the account and associated information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as OPN2IT evolves.
When changes are material, we may provide notice within the app and, where required, ask members to review or acknowledge the updated policy.
