Welcome to OPN2IT
OPN2IT is for adults exploring connections with other adults.
Everyone may be here for something different.
Respect, consent, honesty, and discretion are not optional.
1. Adults Only
You must be 18 or older to use OPN2IT.
No minors. No profiles involving minors. No sexualized imagery of minors. No attempts to use OPN2IT to contact or solicit minors.
2. Consent Always Matters
A Wave is not consent.
A match is not consent.
A message is not consent.
A Tonight preference is not consent.
Previous interaction is not continuing consent.
Consent must be freely given and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Respect Boundaries
“No” means no.
Do not pressure another member to meet, respond, share photographs, drink, participate sexually, change their boundaries, or continue an interaction they want to end.
If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop.
4. Keep Live Snapshots Non-Explicit
OPN2IT does not require permanent profile photos. When you choose to Go Live, you take one fresh Live Snapshot for that active Live session. A Live Snapshot may be attractive, romantic, or suggestive within reasonable limits, but it may not contain:
- exposed genitals;
- explicit nudity;
- sexual activity;
- pornography;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- sexualized depictions of minors.
OPN2IT may automatically review Live Snapshots before publication and may remove images that violate these rules.
You may replace your Live Snapshot while Live. OPN2IT deletes the previous Snapshot when it is replaced and deletes the current Snapshot from OPN2IT when the Live session ends. OPN2IT cannot prevent another person from using device-level screenshot or capture capabilities.
5. Be Who You Say You Are
Do not impersonate another person.
Do not knowingly misrepresent who is participating in a profile.
If your permanent profile type changes, update your profile before Going Live.
6. Protect Privacy
Do not publish another member’s home address, exact location, employer, phone number, private messages, intimate photographs, or identifying information without that person’s permission.
Do not record or distribute private intimate interactions without the consent of everyone involved.
7. No Harassment or Stalking
Do not threaten, stalk, bully, shame, intimidate, repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, or attempt to bypass another member’s block.
8. No Commercial Sexual Services
OPN2IT is not a marketplace for prostitution, escort services, commercial sexual services, or other unlawful sexual transactions.
9. No Exploitation or Trafficking
Exploitation, coercion, trafficking, abuse, and non-consensual activity are prohibited.
OPN2IT may remove accounts immediately and may report conduct to authorities where appropriate or legally required.
10. No Scams or Deceptive Solicitation
Do not use OPN2IT for scams, spam, fraudulent investment offers, deceptive commercial activity, unauthorized financial solicitation, malware, or malicious links.
11. Use Discretion When Meeting
You decide whether, when, and where to meet another member.
Consider taking reasonable precautions, such as meeting in a way that feels appropriate for you, telling someone you trust where you are going, arranging your own transportation, controlling your own drinks and belongings, and leaving any situation that no longer feels right.
OPN2IT is not an emergency service.
Contact local emergency services when necessary.
12. Report and Block
If someone violates these rules:
Block them. Report them.
Reports are treated as private moderation information.
OPN2IT may review reports and take action including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or account termination.
13. Enforcement
OPN2IT may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Community Guidelines, the Terms of Use, applicable law, or safety requirements.
Serious conduct may result in immediate removal.
